Policies

Securing Appointment Date:

It is advised that you call Hippie Dippie Hair At Village 9 Salon first to see if the desired day is available. Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% your total agreed upon service price is required before the signature of this document.

Payment:

The remaining balance is due the day of the service. Additional fees are applied when services are performed out-of-salon. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added. For parties of more than four people, a 20% gratuity fee will be added to the total cost of all services rendered. In the event that debt is not settled on the day of the wedding, a 10% late fee, per day, will be assessed for the outstanding balance. Cash and all magstripe or chip credit, corporate, debit (processed like credit), prepaid, and rewards cards are accepted.

Contract/Appointment Changes:

All agreements will be made in writing. Wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival in salon or on site, estimated time of completion, and number of guests to be serviced will be emailed. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding part members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing: (no changes will be made over the telephone or text). Changes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the service date. Any cancellations or changes made with less than 14 days notice with not be recognized and the signing party will be responsible for the full service amount. In the case of a “no-show” the full amount agreed upon in this contract will be fulfilled and the remaining balance due will be charged to the credit card associated with this contract.

The bride/individual signing this contract may permit only one other person to authorize/submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party. Contracts and changes made by anyone other than the individual signing or listed on this contract are not allowed and considered invalid. Kelly Burrows will be the sole person accepting changes and requests.
Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis per Kelly Burrows’ discretion.

If a wedding party is more than one (1) hour late without contacting Kelly Burrows, the assumption is the client is a no-show. This results in the client forfeiting all deposits and/or payments for the contracted services, and is responsible for 100% of estimated amount of service

Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. This policy is out of respect for the time and resources of Hippie Dippie Hair.

I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this contract. Deposit payment is due upon submission of this document.
